2019-2020 Evaluations

Registration is now open for Evaluations for AHA travel teams for the 2019-2020 season. The link for registration is (or click on Registration in the top page menu).

Due to ice availability, state tournaments and the late finish to the GSL season, this year's evaluations will be a little different than the past few years. The schedule for evaluations is listed below.  For the 10u (squirt),12u (peewee) and 14u (bantam) age groups there will be three sessions each. All skaters in each age group will evaluate during the sessions. There will not be separate evaluations for the A teams this year.

The first day of evaluations will be skating and skill based practices. The next two days will be primarily game play. For the evaluators to get the best look at all of the skaters, players should attempt to make all of the skating sessions. We will have evaluation jerseys for the players when they check in for the first skating session.

Goalies will have 2 goalie only sessions. We will also need goalies to participate in the player evaluations. They will be helpful for shooting drills and game play.

The Mites, or 8u age group, will have a mite introductory skate. It is important to register for and attend this session. It will be a fun well organized ADM skate for the players to show the new players and families what a typical Mite practice will look like. The GSL requires us to give them team numbers and an idea of what divisions before the start of the season. This is the best way for us to get accurate information to make those decisions. Final team numbers and team divisions will be made in the fall for the 8u age group.

We will beoffering a Girls full time 14u team. The team may be comprised of 14 and 12 u Girls. After the girls clinc that we held at Fitzpatrick over school vacation, there has been a lot of interest in starting this team. We expect several players from AHA travel teams and players from other associations to participate on this team. There will be one scheduled evaluation skate for this team.  For more information about this team, you can contact Karen Skolfield at .
